This is 100% cotton which has been double-woven so that the design is visible on both sides.  The fibers have been treated with Dupont brand's Teflon coating for stain resistance. 

It is machine washable in cold or warm water. Tumble dry on a low temperature setting or better yet, hang it dry for the best results. Iron on normal setting on the reverse side of the fabric. These fabrics can be dry cleaned.

The Teflon coating can lose its resiliency from over-washing or certain detergents. If you think this might be happening to your linens, simply iron either side on a high temperature. This will revive the coating.
