We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please call us or send us an email.  Please include the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction.  We will respond promptly to your message.  We will offer a full refund if we have made a mistake in your order and are unable to remedy the situation.  If we have made a mistake on your order, as in a shortage or a wrong color or size, we will pay for the return shipping of your product and/or send the correct item(s).  However, if you made the mistake in your online order, you will be expected to pay for return shipping.  If your order was damaged upon arrival, please provide photos of the damage.  Also, all items must be returned unwashed, unused,  and unopened in the product’s original packaging.  If items are returned according to the above specifications, you will receive an online credit to be used for the total amount of the items returned. Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
